Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a guard card to apply?
Yes โ California law (Business and Professions Code ยง7583) requires every security guard to hold a current BSIS guard card before working a post. If you do not have one yet, you must complete a 40-hour BSIS-approved training course and apply through the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services.
How fast do you hire?
For qualified applicants with a valid guard card and clean background, we typically move from application to first shift within 5โ10 business days, including interview, fitting for uniforms, and post orientation.
Do you sponsor work visas?
No. You must be authorized to work in the United States. We will request I-9 documentation upon hiring.
What's the pay range?
Pay depends on position, post type (armed vs. unarmed), shift, and experience. Specific rates are discussed at interview. We pay weekly via direct deposit or paper check.
